SHIPPING

VINCENT JAMES’ prices include shipping via USPS First Class Pkg Svc or UPS within the 50 United States.
Vincent James is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

For all other countries and expedited shipping, please see our shipping rates at checkout.
All import duties and fees on international orders are the responsibility of the purchaser.
"In stock" items will ship within 1-5 business days of your purchase.
Please read product descriptions to see if your item is "pre-order" "made to order" or "in stock." Turn around times and shipping will vary based upon the availability of your product.

RETURNS:

We offer exchanges or returns for store credit on US orders within 7 days of delivery, as long as items are unworn with tags attached.
A restocking fee of $10 will be automatically deducted from each item returned; there is no restocking fee for exchanges.
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Any return postmarked past 7 days will not be accepted for return and will be mailed back to the customer.

VINCENT JAMES does not accept returns for items purchased from a retailer other than vincentjamesdesigns.com.

To request a return, please email returns@vincentjamesdesigns.com with the word "RETURN" and your order number in the subject. Please also indicate the reason for your return in the email. We will then email you a return shipping label. Please use your original box/packaging if possible. We will send you an e-mail notification once your return is received and approved to be in good condition. If you are approved for a return, a credit will be issued within 10 business days.
