SHIPPING

• VINCENT JAMES’ prices include shipping via USPS First Class Pkg Svc or UPS within the 50 United States.

• Vincent James is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

• For all other countries and expedited shipping, please see our shipping rates at checkout.

• All import duties and fees on international orders are the responsibility of the purchaser. 
  
  

• "In stock" items will ship within 1-5 business days of your purchase. 

• Please read product descriptions to see if your item is "pre-order" "made to order" or "in stock."  Turn around times and shipping will vary based upon the availability of your product.

RETURNS: on non sale domestic orders only   

• Online returns for full-price merchandise must be requested + postmarked within 7 days of the date of delivery. All items must be unworn with original tags and/or packaging and show no signs of use or damage. If the merchandise has been worn, altered or damaged, or is otherwise not acceptable for return, we will send it back to you.  Items with deodorant stains are not accepted for return.

• Any return postmarked past 7 days will not be accepted for return and will be mailed back to the customer.

• VINCENT JAMES does not accept returns on international orders.

• VINCENT JAMES does not accept returns for items purchased from a retailer other than vincentjamesdesigns.com.

• At this time we do not offer exchanges.  An additional order must be placed.

• To request a return, please email hsullivan@vincentjamesdesigns.com with your order number and details. We will then email you a return shipping label.  Please use your original box/packaging if possible.  A $10 restocking fee for each non-sweater item will be applied to all returns to cover the return shipping and restocking costs.  A $25 return shipping/restocking fee will be applied to the sweaters (duster and cardigan). 

• We will send you an e-mail notification once your return is received and approved to be in good condition.  If you are approved for a return, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days minus the restocking fee per item returned.
